Job summary

- Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
- Maintain safety culture and adherence to ethical standards.
- Document accurately in the EHR and coordinate with other units as needed.
- May float to other units within the designated service area to meet needs.
