Advocate Health in High Point, NC seeks an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Nursing Professional Governance community. The position supports evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• Typically requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with care teams.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area as needed.
