Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated Ambulatory/Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in the Charlotte area to provide patient-centered care across the continuum. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, evidence-based practice.

The role requires a BSN preferred, current RN license, BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state.
• BLS certification required; telehealth experience optional.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typical.

Responsibilities

• Engage in nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
