Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care in a 40-hour per week ambulatory setting in Winston-Salem, NC. The RN will coordinate care across teams, document in the EHR, and support a culture of safety and quality.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and typically 2 years of clinical nursing experience; BSN is preferred. Schedule is weekdays, with no weekend or on-call requirements in this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privile­ges to practice in the state.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/virtual modality licensing rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ambulatory and outpatient nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to ethical standards.
