Centurion Surgery Center in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced PRE-OP/PACU Registered Nurse to support patients from preoperative assessment through post-anesthesia recovery in our ambulatory setting.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong perioperative nursing skills who can perform circulating duties, critical assessments, and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• 2+ years preop, PACU, or critical care experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ambulatory surgery center environment experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide preoperative assessment, documentation, and patient education.
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and manage anesthesia readiness.
• Perform circulating nursing duties and assist PACU staff.
• Conduct handoff communication with OR/procedure team.
• Ensure patient safety and accurate documentation throughout perioperative care.
