Job summary

OhioHealth Grant Medical Center Bone and Joint in Columbus, OH, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse.

The RN delivers general nursing care across the continuum, participates in planning, implementing, and evaluating care, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team. A ADN or higher, Ohio RN license (or multi-state compact), and BLS are required; 40-hour day shift with 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Current RN license in Ohio (or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient health status assessments.
• Plan and document nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Provide care per standards and revise care plans with the team.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
• Lead or participate in daily operations as part of the care team.
