Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per policy.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Maintain safety and high reliability in daily operations.
