Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of a multi-specialty surgical clinic.
• Oversee staffing, clinic scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and patient throughput.
• Monitor KPIs including volume, revenue cycle metrics, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state/federal requirements.
• Lead provider relations and engagement with physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Partner with medical leadership to align clinical goals with operational strategy.
• Coordinate provider meetings, communications, and performance feedback processes.
• Identify opportunities for service line expansion, efficiency improvements, and market growth.
• Promote safety, quality, and patient-centered care; drive performance improvement.
