You will drive provider engagement, manage staffing and throughput, oversee compliance and quality, and partner with medical leadership on growth strategies and service-line development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field is required.
• Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MSN) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of a multi-specialty surgical clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, patient access, and high-quality care delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards aligned with hospital objectives.
• Oversee staffing models, clinic scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and patient throughput.
• Monitor KPIs including volume, revenue cycle metrics, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, billing, and compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and reimbursement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state/federal requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the hospital C-suite and medical leadership.
• Identify opportunities for service line expansion and market growth.
• Lead or support special projects related to ambulatory growth, surgical services, and patient access.
