Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience, with ambulatory care leadership as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years healthcare management experience required.
• 3 years supervisory experience required.
• Clinical leadership experience in ambulatory care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical leadership in a dyad model to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise staff and oversee customer service, budget, risk management and compliance.
• Monitor and engage team members to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience and staff performance.
