Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of physician practice sites using available tools/reports to optimize performance.
• Manage financial operations, review monthly financial performance, and plan for budget adherence.
• Recruit, hire, coach and mentor non-physician staff in collaboration with HR.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff; ensure patient-centered care and compliance with regulatory standards.
