Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin seeks a Coding Specialist, Ambulatory Services, focused on podiatry at our Green Bay campus. You will code patient encounters in the ambulatory setting, collaborating with podiatrists, providers and other health system departments to ensure accurate billing.

The role requires an associate degree in medical records technology or HIT, 3–5 years of coding experience, and current certification with eligibility to obtain RHIT/CCS-P/CPC/CCA/CCS within six months.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical records technology or health information technology.
• 3–5 years coding experience with current certification required.
• RHIT, CCS-P, CPC, CCA, CCS or eligibility with certification within six months.
• Experience with CPT/ICD-10-CM and knowledge of insurance coding requirements.
• Medical terminology, customer service skills, and decision-making abilities.
