Trinity Health is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician to join our full-time day shift team in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on supporting a centralized Prior Authorization Clinic across Trinity Health Medical Group practices in West Michigan, ensuring timely access to medications for patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal Pharmacy Technician training program is preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Michigan (LPhT) and nationally certified (CPhT), or eligible to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support centralized Prior Authorization Clinic serving Trinity Health Medical Group practices throughout West Michigan.
• Resolve and appeal prior authorization requests; support medication access for patients.
• Provide support to other ambulatory pharmacy clinics as needed.
