Qualifications

• Registration with Indiana Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire date.
• National Pharmacy Tech Certification.
• Previous pharmacy work experience preferred.

• Interact with patients and providers in person and by phone.
• Maintain clinic records in accordance with policies and procedures; adhere to Joint Commission/ACHC/DNV standards.
