Job summary
Cencora is hiring a pharmacist to work on-site at Reading Hospital’s 5th Avenue Pharmacy. You will verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and support ambulatory care with pricing and regulatory compliance. The role requires PA licensure and up to three years of related retail/ambulatory experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy with Pennsylvania license.
- Broad training in business, sales, IT and ambulatory pharmacy.
- Zero to three years of related retail/ambulatory care experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, prepare and dispense medications according to standards and laws.
- Perform medication reconciliation to support continuity of care on discharge.
- Counsel patients on medications, interactions, and dosage requirements.
- Assist in managing ambulatory pharmacy operations and staff scheduling.
- Participate in pricing, claims adjudication and regulatory compliance.
