Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with equivalent experience.
• 3 years of Pharmacist experience.
• Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required at start of position.
• Proficiency in an area of clinical pharmacy practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Contemporary Practice of Pharmacy knowledge.
• Ability to perform job duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute all duties as outlined in the pharmacist position description.
• Supervise staff: recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; set performance standards.
• Contribute to program design, development, and quality dashboards for department goals.
• Improve processes, manage drug shortages, and advise on high-cost medications.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff and healthcare teams across OHSU Health.
• Oversee teaching and training of residents, interns, and students.
