Job summary

St. Charles Health System Inc. in Bend, OR, seeks a Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services to provide leadership across ambulatory and outpatient pharmacies. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, operations, regulatory compliance, and the development of service-line strategies.

The role reports to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and requires PharmD, seven years of pharmacy experience including management, and a PGY-1 residency. Relocation bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Seven years of pharmacy experience with leadership/management.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency or equivalent experience.
• Current Oregon Pharmacist licensure or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Direct ambulatory/outpatient pharmacy services for the health system.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, performance, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to improve patient care.
