Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist Licensure in the State of Oregon is required at the start of the position.
• Pharmacist License in the State of Washington is required at the start of the position or soon after.
• 3 years of Pharmacist experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all clinical duties as outlined in the home infusion pharmacist position description.
• Supervise assigned staff including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
• Develop programs and strategies for service improvement in home infusion.
• Identify and resolve unsafe conditions or inefficient processes.
• Coordinate services with other departments to facilitate continuity of care.
• Manage business operations in the absence of the Home Infusion Director.
