Shields Health Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a growing specialty pharmacy operation, build a high-performing team, and improve patient outcomes.

This onsite role requires regulatory expertise and strong leadership to partner with physicians and care teams in delivering best-in-class pharmacy services. Competitive salary plus bonus and a $10,000 sign-on, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing; Florida license preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience in specialty, ambulatory, hospital, or complex patient care.
• Leadership or management experience including hiring, coaching, and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, patient-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will:

What You Need:

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain licensure as required)
• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably within specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, hospital, or complex patient care settings
• Previous leadership or management experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing pharmacy staff
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, healthcare partners, and operational leaders
• Passion for improving patient experience and driving positive clinical outcomes
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement
