Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain licensure)
• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience in specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, hospital, or complex patient care settings
• Leadership or management experience including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and staff development
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and operational leaders
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement
