Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead a growing specialty pharmacy operation and deliver exceptional patient care. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve outcomes.

You will mentor pharmacy staff, drive adherence initiatives, and partner with physicians, nurses, and operations leaders to shape future growth while maintaining a patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing; Florida license preferred or able to obtain.
• PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in specialty, ambulatory care, hospital, or complex patient care settings.
• Leadership or management experience including hiring, coaching, mentoring and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, patient-focused environments.

What You Need:

• Previous leadership or management experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing pharmacy staff
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, healthcare partners, and operational leaders
• Passion for improving patient experience and driving positive clinical outcomes
