Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead a growing specialty pharmacy and inspire a high-performing team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, optimizing adherence, and driving operational excellence.

Active Florida pharmacist license required (or ability to obtain). PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with 5+ years in pharmacy, including leadership. Competitive salary with bonus and strong benefits package.

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy or ambulatory care.
• Previous leadership or management experience including hiring and mentoring staff.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance and quality standards.

As Pharmacy Manager, you will:

What You Need:

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain licensure as required)
• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably within specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, hospital, or complex patient care settings
• Previous leadership or management experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing pharmacy staff
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, healthcare partners, and operational leaders
• Passion for improving patient experience and driving positive clinical outcomes
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement
