The Manager will drive policy development, oversee 340B and drug security standards, and collaborate with clinical and research teams to scale pharmacy services

Responsabilidades

• Oversees medication procurement, inventory, and distribution across ASC, clinics, and research inventory.
• Leads regulatory compliance for 340B, controlled substances, DEA, and accreditation standards.
• Designs scalable medication-use infrastructure and workflows for ambulatory and future hospital operations.
• Manages pharmaceutical inventory and procurement costs; drives contract pricing and cost containment.
• Drives quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across ambulatory and clinical research settings.
• Collaborates with clinical, clinical research, and administrative stakeholders to integrate pharmacy services across sites.
