The position requires a Pharmacy degree, Texas licensure, and 1-3 years of related experience, with opportunities to expand ambulatory care offerings in a faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• IV Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and daily operational oversight for outpatient infusion clinics, specialty pharmacy services, and retail locations.
• Oversee all outpatient pharmacy personnel and optimize workflows and staffing.
• Direct the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate revenue, reimbursement trends, and financial performance across service lines.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and readiness for inspections and audits.
• Identify and implement new outpatient pharmacy services and partnerships.
