An established industry player is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants to provide essential clinical and administrative support in a dynamic ambulatory setting. Medical Assistants provide clinical support, assist with administrative tasks, and offer general support in an ambulatory setting under the supervision of the patient’s physician or LIP/RN designee, following policies, procedures, and competency standards to promote patient health and wellness. Duties include patient care, vital signs, assisting licensed healthcare professionals, conducting laboratory tests, quality control, and clinical intake.
Compensation Range: $18.37 - $28.47 hourly
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: None required.
Licensure: AHA BLS certification and current Medical Assistant Certification from a recognized national organization.
Stand for prolonged periods, frequently bend/stoop/travel, lift/push/pull 20-50 lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood, body fluids, and infectious diseases.
