Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star in Frisco, TX is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead ambulatory surgical services in orthopedics and spine procedures. Formación

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Requires BSN; MSN preferred
• Preop/Pacu, ICU or Operating room experience
• 2+ years strong leadership experience required
• Experience in a surgical services in either the acute care or outpatient setting
• RN License in the State
• BLS/ACLS/PALS required
• Excellent communication and people skills

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day operations of the operating room and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience.
• Report to ASC Administrator and collaborate to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance.
• Oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use clinical leadership to enhance patient care and outcomes.
