Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the ambulatory surgery center's clinical departments and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and patient experience.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, current BLS/ACLS, and 5+ years in OR/ICU with 2+ years of outpatient supervisory experience. You will collaborate with the ASC Administrator to ensure quality, safety, and fiscal accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• BSN or higher degree is required.
• Current TX RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• At least five years operating room/critical care experience.
• At least two years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work with physicians, employees and patients.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center’s clinical departments and implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Report to the ASC Administrator and collaborate to promote fiscal accountability and policy development.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures and risk management to enhance patient care and outcomes.
