Job summary

Baylor Surgicare Fort Worth I is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee and develop the ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments, including hiring, evaluating and mentoring staff. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on quality assurance and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Professionals with a BSN or higher degree will only be considered.
• Current license as a TX Registered Nurse.
• Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory surgical center clinical departments through hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling and supervision.
• Implement staff development programs and quality assurance.
• Monitor budgets for service programs and ensure fiscal accountability.
• Collaborate with management team and communicate effectively.
• Develop growth strategies and ensure business sustainability.
