Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead daily operations of the center's clinical departments and drive process improvements for efficiency and patient experience.

Reporting to the ASC Administrator, the role oversees credentialing, safety, risk management, and staff development, leveraging clinical leadership to enhance patient outcomes and ensure fiscal accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• BSN or higher degree required.
• Current TX RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification current.
• Minimum 5 years OR/ICU experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Excellent English, verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Staff Nurse knowledge and abilities applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical departments.
• Implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
