Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the ambulatory surgical services team in Dallas, overseeing clinical departments and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.

The role requires extensive OR/CCU experience, TX RN licensure, and leadership of outpatient surgery staff, with a focus on safety, policy development, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Texas.
• BSN or higher degree.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least five years of OR/CCU experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of staff roles and ability to collaborate with physicians and staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center's clinical departments.
• Implement process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Report to ASC Administrator and collaborate on fiscal accountability and policy development.
• Oversee credentialing, patient safety, and risk management; drive clinical outcomes improvements.
