Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to direct the activities of multiple ambulatory care centers. You will oversee clinic operations, coordinate clinical and non-clinical staff, and ensure service delivery aligns with strategic goals.

The role includes budget planning and implementation, capacity planning, and stewardship of at least several payer-provider lines across sites; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Four (4) years administrative experience in a health care setting.
• Four (4) or more years of management experience in a three or more physician/provider practice, and/or multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations and staff of multiple Ambulatory Care Centers.
• Oversee center budget planning and implementation.
