• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 4-7 years of healthcare operations management experience.

• Oversee all operational functions within areas of oversight.
• Identify opportunities for new services and market expansion.
• Lead security, safety, and Life Safety initiatives across centers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive performance and quality outcomes.
• Manage multi-site construction and facility development projects.
• Develop and manage department budgets and capital planning.
• Monitor financial statements and variances.
• Maintain landlord relationships and contract oversight.
• Mentor and onboard new managers.
• Support hospital strategic plan and OA emergencies.
