Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Texas; certification within 2 years of appointment.
• BLS from an AHA program.
• Two years clinical experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and care delivery for one or more clinics or areas.
• Manage human resources, quality, and financial performance for assigned clinics.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to implement plans and policies and ensure standards.
• Coach nursing staff to apply Nursing Professional Practice Model practices.
• Promote shared governance and professional nursing practice.
