Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Business Administration or relevant healthcare field required.
• MBA/MHA preferred.
• 5 years progressive leadership roles with health system experience required.
• Knowledge of operations and resource management.
• Knowledge of physician practice activities, reimbursement, and practice management.
• Knowledge of third-party reimbursement/regulations, automated systems, and strategic planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; problem-solving and consensus-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all operational, business and clinical activities within the Jefferson OB/GYN department across multiple offices.
• Maintains cost control and evaluates budget needs for operations.
• Collaborates to set department plans aligned with mission and network goals.
• Develops and oversees staff scheduling to optimize labor productivity and performance.
• Implements workflows to streamline operations and address cost-control issues.
• Maintains policy/procedure manuals and organizational standards.
• Communicates critical issues and prepares timely operational reports.
• Monitors volume and adjusts staffing for productivity and patient experience.
• Recommends capital expenditures and implements new technology to improve care delivery.
