• Clinical: apply strong clinical knowledge to ambulatory care and standardization of practice.
• Leadership: support staffing, development, and performance reviews; supervise clinical leaders.
• Quality Improvement: oversee programs to improve efficiency and patient care quality.
• Performance Improvement: monitor metrics and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Collaboration: work with senior leaders to optimize staffing and care team effectiveness.
