• Seven years of experience in operational leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations to align priorities.
• Establishes operational plans and manages performance routines with service line leaders.
• Monitors budgets and performance, identifies risks, and directs corrective actions.
• Drives integration and improves access, capacity, growth, and consistency across sites.
• Leads frontline management through coaching and performance management.
• Partners with clinician leadership to align operational execution with clinical priorities.
• Leads quality, safety, and patient experience improvement efforts.
