Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligning operations with organizational goals.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and safety.

• Support onboarding and integration of new practices and service lines.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership across departments, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage resources, including staffing and budgets, to optimize patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve operational effectiveness.
