Qualifications

• Must possess current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Clinical experience in oncology or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and educational needs.
• Develop and adjust plans of care with input from patient and family.
• Implement care in accordance with physician orders and policies.
• Document care plans and patient progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with the health care team to optimize patient outcomes.
