Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document care and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate with physicians and family, and revise plans as needed.
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and care transitions.
