Qualifikationen

• RN license in NC or applicable state required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, or PEARS may be required within one year in select areas.
• Oncology certification preferred.
• Ambulatory care and management experience preferred.

• Supervises and coordinates personnel activities including staffing, orientation, performance management, and credentialing.
• Ensures care aligns with the Patient and Family promise and maintains privacy and confidentiality.
• Ensures compliance with DFS, CMS, TJC and nursing standards; collaborates on action plans with DON and compliance.
• Provides leadership to meet goals through established standards and evidence-based practice.
• Develops coordination with clinics and service lines to provide consistent, high-quality patient care.
