Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; one degree must be in Nursing.
• Five years of nursing experience preferred.
• Two years of acute care experience preferred within the last ten years.
• Ambulatory experience preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate personnel activities including staffing, orientation, performance management and development.
• Ensure care aligns with Patient and Family promise and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with DFS, CMS, TJC and clinical standards; collaborate with DON and compliance office.
• Provide leadership to meet goals through standards and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care with clinics, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams for quality patient care.
