• Enrolment in an accredited BSN program within 2 years and BSN degree within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment across body systems and document findings.
• Collaborate with physicians and health team to coordinate care and treatments.
• Formulate and implement the plan of care with prioritised outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and provide patient/family education.
• Participate in discharge planning and referrals for ongoing care.
