Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking an Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to elevate patient care at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Work on-site in clinic, collaborating with care teams and practicing under a CPA to deliver in-person and virtual assessments and evidence-based treatment plans.

You will optimize therapy, monitor safety and outcomes, and support operations with complex prior authorizations, education, and continuous clinical development.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and licensed in Washington.
• Completion of PGY2 Oncology Residency or PGY1 Ambulatory Care + 3+ years oncology experience.
• Experience practicing under a CPA is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management and reconcile therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to order individualized care plans under a CPA.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety; intervene when needed.
• Support quality-improvement and REMS initiatives.
• Educate patients and staff; assist with complex prior authorizations and workflows.
