Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is recruiting an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll work with a national academic medical center, conducting virtual patient assessments and managing evidence‑based treatment plans under a CPA.

Role requires WA pharmacist licensure, PharmD, and ambulatory care experience with a collaborative approach. Eligible for a sign‑on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• PharmD required and licensed pharmacist in Washington.
• Ambulatory care residency or CPA‑based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and technical skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management and dose optimization under a CPA.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for individualized care plans.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness and safety and intervene as needed.
• Support quality improvement and REMS initiatives.
• Assist with prior authorizations and workflow improvements.
