Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience working in Oncology or Infusion Center.
- Knowledge of JCAHO and other regulatory requirements present in an acute care setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience working in an acute care setting.
- Demonstrated experience with budgetary processes including establishing, maintaining, and reporting income, expenses, and variances.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all staff and functions in the unit while maintaining clinical nursing practice skills and unit specific expertise.
- Ensure delivery of patient care and the quality of nursing practice and the standards of care.
- Coordinate operations and staffing to support patient care needs and regulatory compliance.
