Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
• 3–5 years’ supervisory/management experience in ambulatory healthcare.
• Experience with budgets, fiscal management, revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational leadership for ambulatory clinics within MarinHealth Medical Network.
• Plan and organize operations to meet safety, quality, affordability, satisfaction and access goals.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement workflows, capital and operating budgets, and resource plans.
• Foster partnerships with physicians, medical directors, and external stakeholders.
