Job summary

MarinHealth is seeking a Practice Leader to oversee Ambulatory Clinics, delivering safe, high-quality patient care and operational excellence. The role drives strategic plans, partnerships, and budget execution across the MarinHealth Medical Network.

You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with physicians and directors, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting a compassionate, patient-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ supervisory and/or management experience in ambulatory healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with budgets, fiscal management, and revenue cycle.
• Ability to lead operations and coordinate with physicians and medical directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide ambulatory clinic operations to meet safety, affordability, quality, satisfaction, and access goals.
• Plan and organize resources and budgets to ensure efficient patient care.
• Develop partnerships with internal and external peers and regulators to drive initiatives.
• Mentor and coach staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and standards.
