Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patient needs, and uphold professional standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS certification, with a preferred minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Hours will vary between Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.
• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in ambulatory care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to ensure patient safety and quality care.
