Job summary

Advocate Health's ambulatory care unit in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient team. The RN will provide evidence-based nursing care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support care transitions from admission to discharge.

The position is full-time (32 hours/week), 8am–5pm, offering a pay range of $35.50–$53.25 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• RN license with privileges to practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in ambulatory/outpatient nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory care following nursing process.
• Assess and plan patient care with family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document accurately in EHR.
• Maintain safety and adhere to ANA ethics.
