Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System, Liberty Clinic, seeks a Nurse Manager to lead ambulatory nursing practice and ensure high-quality patient care. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing teams, support quality and regulatory standards, and oversee staff development and personnel management within ambulatory settings.

Coordination with department leadership and nursing leadership is essential to foster collaboration and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in ambulatory settings.
• Active RN license in state you live/work; multistate license preferred.
• BLS certification (AHA) or within 14 days of hire.
